Chief Executive Officer
Jason Benaim is a Critical Care Paramedic with more than 20 years of frontline experience at Toronto Paramedic Services. He has also contributed extensively to paramedic education and clinical program development, including work with the Sunnybrook Osler Centre for Prehospital Care. His experience managing neurological emergencies firsthand led to the creation of LIOR. As CEO, Jason leads clinical direction, product development and strategic partnerships.
Chief Operating Officer
Ryan Macor is a business executive with more than 20 years of experience in growth, operations and business development. He has founded and scaled companies and led strategic initiatives for organizations including Microsoft, Samsung and TELUS. At LIOR, Ryan leads operations, commercialization strategy, investor readiness and business development, building the partnerships, systems and structure required to bring LIOR to market and scale the company.
Product Design
Chris Del Giudice is a senior technology leader with more than 20 years of experience designing and delivering complex systems across healthcare, telecom, retail and insurance. His background includes medical software deployments and large scale technology modernization. At LIOR, Chris leads system architecture and technical development, ensuring the hardware, firmware and software work together reliably as the technology moves toward commercialization.

Former paramedic and practicing emergency physician with experience across prehospital and hospital care. She advises on frontline assessment, workflow, and emergency decision-making.
Paramedic Practice Leader, Sunnybrook Hospital
Experienced paramedic educator and coordinator supporting prehospital care and continuing medical education. He guides training, clinical standards, and everyday usability.
Emergency Physician
Emergency physician with more than 15 years of experience in high-volume, resource-limited emergency care. She brings an acute-care perspective on performance under pressure.
