LIOR Pupillometry won the New Venture Pitch Challenge, hosted by Innovation Factory and sponsored by Macers — emerging at the top of a competitive field of early-stage ventures.
The New Venture Pitch Challenge brings together some of the region's most promising startups to compete before a panel of industry experts. LIOR was represented by Ryan Macor, who pitched alongside four other early-stage startups — AER, Lancity, Miru Pulse Inc., and Nable AI Technologies Ltd. — at the live pitch and networking night, and took the win.
The victory is the latest in a string of recognition for LIOR's mission: bringing fast, objective pupil assessment out of the hospital and into the hands of the first responders who need it most.
“It's been so amazing to represent LIOR and watch this company grow,” said Ryan. “Winning here is another step in a huge climb — and things are moving faster every month.”
